Timothy Charles Holmseth, author/journalist, East Grand Forks, is set to file a lawsuit in federal court against local officials that violated his rights while clothed in the ‘color of law’.

The lawsuit is being filed under 42 U.S. Code § 1983 - Civil action for deprivation of rights

The Complaint cites five years of violations that include the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 14th Amendments.
